Circus Circus hotel-casino in Las Vegas is for sale, report says. Circus Circus hotel-casino in Las Vegas is up for sale, according to a report on Forbes. Phil Ruffin bought the aging casino from MGM Resorts International in 2019 for $825 million.

Now he says it’s worth $5 billion and there's interest from buyers, KLAS TV reports. Ruffin told Forbes, “It’s the best piece of land on the West Coast, noting the highway, the nearby Sahara hotel-casino, and its 2,000-foot-long property along the Las Vegas Strip. And, he said “102 acres is just a massive amount of land." Ruffin also owns Treasure Island Las Vegas and 50% of the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas. Ruffin said that after the sale he will look to buy another property on the Strip.
