So many young women have told me they carry this book around everywhere and it has gotten so dog-eared that they had to buy another copy. Why do they love this book? Because it gets results. Simply by looking for their problem listed in the appendix, they can find the page in the book and read the specific affirmation that will solve that problem. After saying the affirmation audibly, they will get immediate relief, their mood will change, and they will feel much better right away.I think the most important thing for single women is to overcome feelings of inadequacy, which is so prevalent in our culture due to the media’s demeaning portrayal of women. This book will help single women to gain greater self-acceptance, self-confidence, self-empowerment, and self-worth. That’s why I recommend it to them in particular. Whether you are dating as an adult, a single parent, a widow or a senior and have experienced loss, or even if you have given up on relationships, or been single for a while, or are new to dating, this guide will tell you what you need to know to draw on your own life experience and know-how and apply those skills to the dating process. I’m recoomfnding it to my single friends who want to find love. Thanks so much for recommending it! This author has such wise and practical advice that I wish I could have friends like that. I’ve read several of her books, and when she talks about love and romance, I feel like she knows everything. Thank you! After 40 years counseling couples, I’ve learned quite a bit. I’d be happy to be friends. Check out Tina Tessina on Facebook. I hope it helps you achieve happiness. #3 Successful Women Speak Differently by Valorie Burton. A lot of times, especially in business settings or even in our own families, we as women get spoken over. The ability to communicate effectively trumps the natural talents and skills we may have been born with or learned. This book trained me to speak with authority and not allowing our voices to become reactive to other people pushing our buttons. A great book that I return to frequently! The 5x2 Method is the ultimate guide to living our ultimate life. DiVecchio illustrates how we can use our five senses to heighten one’s level of self-awareness, create a positive shift in mentality, and make more conscious choices. DiVecchio wants to share how this simple concept can contribute to a more positive, stress-free and overall better quality of life. Want to read more reviews of this book or buy it? I wrote this book to make a fundamental mind shift for women. Women have been conditioned (sociologically) to find someone perfect on paper. A farce. This book breaks that notion and asks women to re think marriage and do things for themselves and in being true to themselves, cleaning up their baggage, only then, will they find the love of their life. Women often times don't gravitate toward positions of power. The word power has quite the connotation as well. What if, true power was a zen mindset? This book books it to be true. It sounds like it's a book on negotiating business, but it's on being a zen master to negotiate life. Any women that reads this will get a PhD in life if you do what it says. Why should a single woman in her 20s read a relationship advice book on how to be a strong man?
